"Dosa" the mouth watering menu dished out appropriately from the south Indian Kitchen table has many fans all over the world who would really vouch for its distinct taste.This particular dish eaten along with the right blend of yummy sambhar,chutneys and chilly powder could make your taste buds appeased. Infact i know many of my friends who themselves quite admit that they cannot get enough of the dosa despite having eaten it many times.Dosa and the south indian recipes go synonymous for many in the North part of India and abroad.
But taking this world favourite food to global prominence is none other than Sankalp restaurant at Ahmedabad Gujarat.These guys took it on themselves to take the simple dosa to the next level by dishing out a dosa 32.5 ft in length.The Dosa titled'Quick gun Murugan' looked really apt for the title taking in to consideration the enormous length and the resemblance it shared with that of a gun.Sankalp Restaurant attempted the record on August 19,2009 and got the certification for the dosa on September 24,2011.
A must see and trial for all dosa lovers and a hats off to the makers for this excellant culinary attempt.
